Fund Raising
Research fund raising options; Work with event chairperson to set-up, coordinate and collect funds earned by events. Most events occur prior to the start of the season.
Program Book
Work with chairperson to obtain business ads and parent ads; Set-up copy and distribute programs to game day sales volunteers. Most work is done from April-August.
Membership
Work with chairperson to increase parent participation in the CCFBC. Team representatives are on this committee. Team representatives are responsible for contacting parents and distributing refreshments to players after away games.
Volunteers
Chairperson is responsible for contacting and scheduling volunteers for game day events; May assist with Special Events volunteer needs.
Donations
Identifies group needs; Contacts local businesses to obtain donations for events.
Logo Merchandise
Identifies logo items for club members to purchase
Orders products; Maintains inventory.
Web Page
Responsible for maintaining the CCFBC web site.

Player Refreshments
Prepare and deliver refreshments to players during pre-season practice sessions. Most work is done in August.
Spaghetti Dinners
Work with chairperson to plan, set-up, and staff this weekly event.
Most work is done from August-November.
Homecoming
Work with chairperson to plan, set-up, and staff this evening event.
Most work is done in September.
Banquet
Work with chairperson to plan, set-up, and staff this evening event.

GAME DAY
COMMITTEES
Decorations
Decorates Chiefs’ side of the field/stands at home games.
Banner
Prior to the start of freshman and junior varsity games, two people hold
the Chiefs banner so the players can run under it as they come onto the field.
Tunnel
Set up and take down of tunnel at all varsity home games.
Pictures
Volunteers from each squad take pictures at the games and donate
copies to the Booster Club for use at the end of the season banquet.
Chain Gang
Works on the sidelines during home games;
Responsible for moving the chains and down markers.
Game Day Sales
Program Books
Sell program books prior to the start of each home game.
Logo Sales
Sell logo merchandise prior to the start and during
halftime of each home game.
50/50 Ticket Sales
Sell 50/50 tickets prior to the start and during the
first half of each home game.
